Perform root cause analysis (RCA), monitor traffic/logs (Splunk, F5 load balancers), and optimize system reliability across data centers.IT Service Operations & Support: Administer ITSM workflows (ServiceNow) to track, prioritize, and resolve enterprise support requests while managing core network services (DHCP/DNS).Project Delivery & Team Leadership: Lead infrastructure cutovers, site deployments, hardware migrations, and SAN/equipment relocations.
