Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM

Tue 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM

Wed 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM

Thur 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM

Fri 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
  • Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific requirements.
  • Document patrols, incidents, observations, and unusual activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
